“Prestige” BWR grade plywood is a preservative-treated, water resistant plywood, manufactured from select hardwood timber as per IS: 303 – 1989 specifications. It is made from selected hardwood veneers and is bonded with extended superior quality Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) Synthetic resin with the Pre-Press Technology. The superior bonding strength of the BWR-type Synthetic resin adds extra durability making it ideal for use in water applications. The result is a high quality ply that can resist boiling water, cold water and climatic variations. It is also chemically impregnated for better resistance and to impart termite and borer proof properties. These grades of plywood are widely used for Kitchen cabinets, Wall paneling, Furniture, Hoardings, Exterior and Semi Exterior works
2.PRESTIGE PREMIUM BWP GRADE PLYWOOD(IS: 710-2010)
“Prestige” BWP Premium Grade Marine Plywoods is an exterior grade plywood specially made from selected species of timber and bonded with unextended BWP grade Phenol Synthetic Resin Adhesive which are processed through high temperature and pressure to keep the bonding intact even after 72hours of boiling. All veneers are treated with preservatives and an additional treatment on glue line is performed with highly durable preservatives. The manufactured Boiling Waterproof plywood (BWP) is given chemical treatment in a vacuum pressure impregnation (VPT) process which makes it highly resistant to attacks from fungi, termites and other insects. This Marine Plywood comes with IS:710-2010 and is guaranteed for 18 years against borer attacks.
3.PRESTIGE SUPER BWP GRADE PLYWOOD(IS: 710-2010)
“Prestige” Super BWP Grade Marine Plywood is made from 100% Red Hardwood timber and is bonded with undiluted Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) resins which are processed through high temperature and pressure to keep the bonding intact even after 72hours of boiling. All veneers are treated with preservatives and an additional treatment on glue line is performed with highly durable preservatives. The manufactured BWP quality plywood is given chemical treatment in a Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPT) process. The result is a Boiling Waterproof Plywood that is highly resistant to attacks from all types of micro organisms and extremely severe weather conditions. This Marine Plywood comes with IS:710-2010 and is guaranteed for 20 years against borer attacks.
4.PRESTIGE GOLD BWP GRADE PLYWOOD(IS: 710-2010)
“Prestige” Gold BWP Grade Plywood is made from the combination of Gurjan and Hardwood species and bonded with Phenol Formaldehyde BWP grade resin under high temperature and pressure. Manufactured with the revolutionary GLP technology, it is 100% borer proof and termite resistant. Further, the finished plywood is subjected to proper chemical treatment with water-soluble fixed type preservatives under vacuum pressure to ensure protection against wood destroying organism. It can withstand climatic variations & extreme weather changes that make it ideal for applications in external balconies, terraces, office areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and toilets, i.e., areas exposed to stress, moisture & dust. Prestige Platinum BWP Grade Plywood made primarily from Gurjan wood, faced with Gurjan veneers, and hi – compression bonded with unextended PF resin, Prestige Ply Platinum Plywood is versatile and environment-friendly. Prestige Club BWP Grade Plywood is a premium product from the house of Prestige Plywoods. It is made of 100% Gurjan wood and bonded with an unextended Phenol Formaldehyde resin of BWP grade. Each of its veneer layers is treated with preservatives and is glueline protected to ensure complete protection from insects. This plywood is also boiling water proof bearing a density of 900 Kg/m3. Besides having a higher face thickness, all veneer layers have a uniform thickness construction. Gurjan is the most unique and high density timber with natural bonding tendency and is termite and borer proof. It is reputed as a key timber species in making strong plywood. “Prestige” Commercial Block board is manufactured from the combination of selected seasoned, durable hardwood, timber battens and veneers. It is bonded with Urea Melamine Formaldehyde resin at high temperature and pressure which gives our boards an advantage over other commercial grade boards. The resin gives our board enough strength to resist warm water up to 8 hours
8.BWP GRADE BLOCK BOARD (IS: 1659-2004)
“Prestige” Waterproof Block boards are manufactured with selected veneers and properly seasoned wood. Boards are treated with preservatives of special quality to resist insect, borer, termite and fungi attack. It is bonded with high quality Phenol Formaldehyde Resin (PF) with high pressure and temperature to ensure high mechanical strength and dimensional stability.
